Cancellation Policy
Effective March 1, 2025 Thank you for choosing Lady Tam. To ensure a smooth & high-quality experience for all clients, please review the following booking policies before scheduling your virtual or in-person appointment. 1. Appointment Types Virtual Appointments: Conducted via a secure video conferencing platform. A link will be sent upon confirmation. In-Person Appointments: Held at a disclosed location after booking confirmation. Address details will be provided 24 hours prior. 2. Booking Requirements All appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. A non-refundable deposit (applied toward your balance) is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Full payment is due 24 hours before your appointment for virtual sessions, & upon arrival for in-person sessions unless otherwise arranged. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit for a future session. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit and may incur a 25% rebooking fee. You may reschedule once per appointment with no penalty, provided it is done 24 hours or more in advance. 4. Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is provided. After 10 minutes, your session will be shortened accordingly. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be marked as a no-show, and the policy above will apply. 5. Location & Safety (In-Person Only) Exact location details will be shared privately to confirmed clients for safety and privacy. Guests are not permitted unless previously approved. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early and no later than 10 minutes after your scheduled time. 6. Client Conduct & Expectations Lady Tam maintains a respectful, empowering, and professional space. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in service denial without refund. All services are delivered in alignment with Lady Tam’s brand pillars: luxury, education, empowerment, beauty, and community. 7. Emergency Exceptions Life happens. If you experience a true emergency, please email us immediately at happy@ladytamspeaks.com to discuss alternative arrangements. 8.
