Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

Refund Eligibility

Full Refund Available:

  • Within 30 days of program start date

  • Must have attended/participated in scheduled sessions

  • Written refund request with specific feedback.

  • No more than 50% of program content completed

Prorated Refund Available:

  • After 30 days but within first 50% of program

  • Based on unused portion of services

  • Subject to administrative fee of $200

  • Must provide written request and feedback

No Refund Available:

  • After 50% of program completion

  • For Executive Concierge services after 60 days

  • Due to client scheduling conflicts or non-participation

  • For downloadable materials after access is granted

Refund Process

  1. Submit Written Request: Email refund request to [happy@ladytamspeaks.com]

  2. Include Feedback: Specific reasons for dissatisfaction help us improve

  3. Review Period: We review requests within 5 business days

  4. Processing Time: Approved refunds processed within 10 business days

  5. Method: Refunds issued to original payment method

 

Payment Plan Refunds

For clients on payment plans, refunds are calculated based on payments made minus services received. Future scheduled payments are cancelled upon approval.Payment plans made through 3rd-party payers must contact them for refund.

 

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied for:

  • Violation of terms of service

  • Abusive behavior toward staff

  • Fraudulent payment methods

  • Failure to participate in scheduled services
